Business Consulting & Human Capital Experts

Since 1991 Management Resource Consultants, Inc. (MRC's) skills and experience have benefited companies ranging from small, privately held firms to America's largest corporations. MRC's diverse client mix includes companies in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, information systems, advertising, medical, telecommunications, research and development, construction and manufacturing. Most of our consultants have spent over 25 years managing the human resource function for high technology, pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing companies. Our experience, outside of human resources, includes assignments in operations management as well as government affairs. MRC's team of experienced and talented resource management professionals bring an "operations approach" to all of their work. Every individual has held leadership positions during their careers and by virtue of that experience, understand what it takes to get things accomplished. Every MRC team member, selected to work with a client's organization, will have a full command of the issues that will ultimately define success. This "value added" experience will bring benefits far beyond the narrow scope of any project.
